A good one, but not quite there.

A nice vibe going on in this beat, a few things that keep it from getting a better score is.

1: that drumbeat.
it feels a bit out of place.
Maybe smooth it out a bit to make the entire beat a little more smooth.

2: Would do nicely with some ear-candy, like maybe drop a few samples here and there to give it the feel of change.

3: Wheres the bass? althoug a bass guitar isnt a must in anyway, i think a nice, warm, bass line would really make this a song to chill to.

Other than that, a really chill piece with a nice balance in the mix.

6/10 - Not bad, but could be so much more.

I dont know about the hip-hop/grunge part.
But a very nice piece of electronika, reminds me a bit of Wumpscut.
Add some length, Maybe a little subtle sound effects.
maybe beef up the drums with some compression and i would gladly disturb my neighbours with it.

That said, keep on keeping on. =)
